Very pleasant and accommodating staff from the guards to the managers, and facilities were clean here. The location was good; it was right in the heart of the town.

This hotel was vacation base for exploring Murree, loved it and property’s affable and helpful staff from the guards to the managers. The breakfast was above average with amazing Valley view, paratha and the restaurant food was outstanding.

the hotel was ideal in general, had attentive staff from the guards to the managers. the bed was comfortable, the room was not only beautifully decorated, but also air conditioned. the restaurant was excellent, we tried delicious dishes. we liked spending 1 night here.

The venue was stunningly beautiful, I truly enjoyed the location near to Murree, and major tourist destinations, and mountain views. Its location was particularly good and beautiful to the valley.

The weather was pleasant during my stay. The room was tastefully decorated and spacious. The temperature was comfortably below -5 Celsius, and the heating system worked well. I was pleased with my stay and look forward to visiting again.

Overall it's stunningly beautiful hotel, good value, and the facilities are clean good. The chalet is exceptional, we also appreciated exceptional views. Every time in Murree we stay in this venue.

Perfect hotel with valley views of the valley and excellent and cooperative staff. Stunning and perfect location in mountains etc. And really close to Bhurban / Murree and major tourist destinations and nearby attractions and murree expessway.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Mustansar at reception and Saim from housekeeping, were incredibly polite and helpful. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The view from my room balcony was absolutely stunning, overlooking the mountains. The hotel's location was perfect, away from the busy streets of Murree but still close enough to major tourist destinations. I also appreciated the attention to detail in the sparkling clean rooms on the first floor, complete with an extra bed if needed. The breakfast offered a good selection, although the addition of one more juice and live breakfast items would have made it even better.

The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The room was warm, clean and comfortable. The staff went out of their way to assist me when I needed help putting on snow chains. The location was close enough to Murree without being congested. I recommend staying at this hotel.
